About A clear commitment to mind-body-soul care
On the first floor, you'll find the fitness room, equipped with the latest generation of equipment from Hammer Strength and Life Fitness. Strength stations, free weights, and Hammer Strength HD Performance Trainers cardio machines create a dynamic environment, ideal for individual workouts, couples, or sessions with personal trainers.
This floor also features the Flow Cycle indoor cycling room, with 25 IC7 bicycles and the advanced ICG® Connect System; Shala Yoga, a serene refuge dedicated to body-mind disciplines and conscious movement; the Zendō, a minimalist space designed especially for meditation; and an outdoor area with 8 racks and a fully equipped container for strength training.
The ground floor houses a Functional Spa with saunas and contrast baths at different temperatures, as well as 4 cabins offering a wide range of holistic treatments. Additionally, the innovative Bio Lab explores biohacking solutions and strategies focused on longevity, always tailored to the particular needs of each member.
Results Conscious Design for Holistic Well-Being
Life Fitness collaborated with Inner Flow Studio to design a non-powered fitness room and carefully select gym accessories and machines that perfectly reflect and integrate the essence of the studio.
As a result, Inner Flow now boasts a space that combines state-of-the-art facilities and machinery, offering a holistic wellness experience and fulfilling its mission of empowering changemakers to find work-life balance.
