THE CREATION OF SYNERGY FACE-OFF
Sportspark converted a large day care area into a vibrant group training space for SYNRGY360™ Face-Off.
The room features four SYNRGY360™ systems, large flat screen timers, and custom flooring that's colorcoded on one side of the room for "team black" and on the other for "team red." Teams can compete to see which side can complete the most reps at several timed stations.
"The flexibility of SYNRGY led me to think about team-on-team training. We host many different sporting teams, so I explored the option of having a room established that could deliver a team training concept. Through conversations with a Life Fitness representative and trainer we have a concept that is being used by teams and individuals," said Steele.
THE POPULARITY
The response from area rugby clubs, soccer teams and colleges has been extremely positive. The competitive element of SYNRGY Face-Off is what drives its popularity and it serves as an introduction to new exercisers not associated with Sportspark.
The SYNRGY360 Face-Off space is versatile. It's also used for SYNRGY360 group training classes, and small personal training sessions where four personal trainers can utilize their own dedicated area.
