Largest performance and fitness facility in the area
NRG opened its doors in Lewisham in 2020, becoming the largest performance and fitness facility in the area. Equipped with a range of our Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines and free weights, 3E3HD cardio consoles, Insignia line pin loaded machines and an IC6 studio, it has everything members need to train the way they want.
Open 24/7
Members have 24/7 access to the club, which includes a timetable of indoor cycling, Zumba, and Les Mills classes, as well as an MMA club. The gym floor is made up of functional training, Hammer Strength, Olympic weightlifting and cardio zones. There is also a female-only zone that combines cardio and strength equipment to allow all female members who wish to train separately the space to do so.
Myzone leader boards
Equipped with Myzone, NRG members have the chance to compete on a Myzone leader board whilst monitoring their workouts to make sure they are getting maximum reward for their efforts.
